Traveling Trainers caters to a variety of clients. We work with children, teens, sports players, full-time workers that sit at a desk all day, and busy moms that are trying to squeeze in a workout. The customized nature of our sessions allows us to help a variety of people.

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage it. We’ve seen great results when individuals team up and workout together, so bring your spouse, friend, coworker, or child at no extra cost! We will adjust our program so that it works for 2 people!
We work with individuals at all levels of physical fitness! Whether you haven’t stepped in the gym in years, are recovering from an injury, or are looking to enhance your sports performance, we will guide you on your journey! There are no minimum requirements to team up with us!
Yes! Once Traveling Trainers understands your training goals, you will be matched with a trainer that fits your objectives and scheduling needs. You will work with the same trainer each session to move toward the completion of your goals!
We don’t just throw you on the treadmill right away! Prior to beginning any program, we discuss your fitness goals, past history with exercise or injury, and how much time you can commit. All of our programs are specifically tailored to our clients needs.
Don’t worry about it! All we ask that you provide is a 6×6 area, whether that’s your living room, office, apartment complex gym, or a backyard or park! We will utilize what you have and we will bring the rest! We want you to focus on your health and we will worry about the equipment.
At Traveling Trainers, we try to make working out as convenient as possible for you. We will come to you, wherever you are, and fit a program around your hectic schedule. Mornings, lunch time, afternoons, and evenings! We are here to work around your schedule.
