- 1 Cup CHICKPEAS
- 5 Tbsp. ALMOND BUTTER
- 2 Tbsp. ORGANIC AGAVE (or HONEY)
- ½ tsp. VANILLA EXTRACT
- ½ Cup. DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
- ¼ Cup. SHREDDED COCONUT FLAKES
Tools & Utensils Needed:
- FOOD PROCESSOR
- LARGE MIXING BOWL
- MEASURING CUPS
- SPOONS TO MIX AND SCOOP
- BAKING SHEET
STEP ONE: Pre-heat oven to 350°F (if choosing to bake).
STEP TWO: Add chickpeas, almond butter, vanilla, and agave to food processor and mix.
STEP THREE: Spoon mixture into large bowl, add dark chocolate chips and stir in evenly (If eating Raw stop here and enjoy!!)
STEP FOUR: Scoop dough into balls (golf ball size), and place evenly apart on greased baking sheet.
STEP FIVE: Bake 15-20 minutes. Then, remove and let cool for 5-10 minutes before removing from bake sheet!
