Ingredients Needed:

  • 1 Cup CHICKPEAS
  • 5 Tbsp. ALMOND BUTTER
  • 2 Tbsp. ORGANIC AGAVE (or HONEY)
  • ½ tsp. VANILLA EXTRACT
  • ½ Cup. DARK CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  • ¼ Cup. SHREDDED COCONUT FLAKES

Tools & Utensils Needed:

  • FOOD PROCESSOR
  • LARGE MIXING BOWL
  • MEASURING CUPS
  • SPOONS TO MIX AND SCOOP
  • BAKING SHEET

Directions:

STEP ONE: Pre-heat oven to 350°F (if choosing to bake).

STEP TWO: Add chickpeas, almond butter, vanilla, and agave to food processor and mix.

STEP THREE: Spoon mixture into large bowl, add dark chocolate chips and stir in evenly (If eating Raw stop here and enjoy!!)

STEP FOUR: Scoop dough into balls (golf ball size), and place evenly apart on greased baking sheet.

STEP FIVE: Bake 15-20 minutes. Then, remove and let cool for 5-10 minutes before removing from bake sheet!
